What is a 1:1 Inquiry?

Solution The 1:1 Inquiry allows you to have direct contact with one of our RGMs.
They are divided into two types:

- Game Support: You can here ask for any problem encountered in game or on website, except regarding Payment or FIAA Cash. You can report bugs, and ask for help. You will have soon a detailed answer by one of our RGMs.

- Billing Support:If you have problems with FIAA-CASH you can write these requests for asking for help and explanations. The inquiry payments are processed only by FIAA headquarters, so they need to be written exclusively in English Language.
