I lost my password or my Account is stolen, what can I do?

Solution

Go to Forgot Your Password, in the top bar, enter your ID and the email address inserted at the time of registration. A new email will be sent to the address you specify. If this not helps to get back your account, please send in a 1:1 Support Ticket.
