Fail I.3.E Cannot create main application!

Solution Q: I get this error message: "Cannot create main application!"

A: It's most likely a graphic card related problem.

Please try updating your graphic card driver to the latest version. After that, completely uninstall and reinstall Operation7.

This problem usually occurs when players use low-spec graphic cards that are too old.
Upgrading your graphic card could be the solution also.
