I have lost my weapons/parts/items. Can they be replaced or can i get them back ?

In case you are missing a weapon/a part/a gift etc., you need to fill out a support ticket with with the following details:

- What are you missing ?
- Why are you missing this item?
- When you detected that this item is missing?
- Give us the excat ingame name of the missing item?

Note: If you have discarded an item (for whatever reason, even by accident), than this item is lost! The recovery works only if there was a server issue, maintenance bug etc.
