Payment with PayPal and you did not get the MCash on your account?

Q: Why do I get no money after I charged with PayPal the first time.The money has been booked from my account, but there is not MCash on my Game Account, what now?

A: If you charge the first time with PayPal, you will get a phone call by TrustWho, they will verify that it`s really you who is charging and that your data are correct. This is cost free for you and it`s to prevent payment frauds. This call will only be done by TrustWho on your "first" payment with PayPal. All follow up payments will be without verification.

If you are not able to take the call - for whatever reason - the money will be transfered back to your paypal account within 1-3 days. You will not loose any money.
