Just got this message being in lobby.

Is this a known bug?

Programs I'm running: plays.tv, league of legends, teamspeak, chrome, firefox, op7, spotify, razer synapse, roccat talk.

Any known problems with the progams I listed above?

The xigncode3 log didnt help since its encrypted :x

Otherwise it is possible that your firewall or your antivirus program is affect the op7.exe?

I only encountered it once so far. So I can't tell yet.

Nope everything should be fine in that regard.

 

Just want to make sure that I don't get banned for some random programs.

This error message means the hackshield found a "suspicious" program on the pc, may be a false alarm though.

Checklist:
- do not delete any data from the game folder
- do not disable xigncode while the game is running
- close all other, not needed programs during playing
- make sure your drivers are up to date
- check your pc for potential malware

If this doesn't solve the problem, please follow these steps:
- delete all data in the "temp"-folder (:\users\computer name\appdata\local\temp)
- delete the xigncode folder
- use a program like CCleaner to clean your registry
- deactivate/close all other programs before starting the game (also check your task manager --> processes for this)
- start as admin and click on "check files"
