Dear Community and Team-Members,

 

My problem appeared fírst when I wanted to log in to Operation 7. The Launcher started normally. When I clicked login the launcher closed. I deleted the whole MGame folder and downloaded the game again. Now the next problem is that it doesn't install fully. After I start the game after the installation the game hangs in an update at 1% or 2%. After a longer time, it closes on its own.

I got Windows 10

DirectX and nothing happens. 

My other problem is: The installer deletes himself after I installed the game if I click the launcher, update or smart updater in the Mgame folder it opens operation.eu and deletes on his own...

This happens due to a false virus alert. Retry to reinstall with antivirus off, or making an exception in the antivirus to ignore the Mgame folder.

Alright now following the instruction of the FAQ I made everything which stood there. So now I started the launcher downloaded all updates came into the game got the black loading screen (which sometimes is buggy) and got a crash. Trying it again and tell you what's happening!

Please install the Tool Fraps (it's for free) and record a 30 sec video of that crash and upload it to youtube. Please post the link here.

This behavior is typical for wrong AntiVirus settings. Set up a rule for the Operation7 / Operation Launcher in your AntiVirus.
