Introduction

 

Dear Soldiers,

 

Season II is within grasp and a few requested improvements have been made to improve the overall Season Experience in general for all participating clans. All changes in general can be found in this thread highlighted in green color. More detailed explanation can be found within the Season II FAQ once it's up. We also managed to increase the overall Mcash Rewards for participating Clans ranked by the end of the Season by 20% and added rewards for the 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th ranking. Even though those rewards are not the highest, Clans ending at those ranks at the end of Season II won't leave the Season behind empty handed.

 

As mentioned, If you'll participate full gold gear equipped and won't manage to win any games at all, together with the participation rewards, you won't leave the Season empty handed if ranked within the first ten places. In addition to that, to be able to observe your Season Matches at a higher and better rate than last Season, Match times have been added to Season II. Another wish has been granted by expanding the match-day range by two more days. We are also going to add another match to each match-day to keep the Season shorter than Season I, also requested by the community. Instead of two matches per match-day, three matches are going to get played within 5 days each week. Each match can be played in the clan channel from 06.00pm CET to 11.00pm CET.

 

Again, an official Thread will be created for you and your clan-members to be able to share more detailed information with each other for match appointments. That thread can be found here. Please understand that we are not allowed to create and/or provided an official TS-Server even if that was requested. We have to make use of the forum and its thread and PN System for that like we did in Season I. If that is reason enough to stay away from Season II for you, then that is totally okay with us. Please don't participate if you had your bad experiences with communication issues during Season I and live in fear to experience that again.

 

To those who are going to participate: Wish you the best of luck and fun playing Season II in a safe environment bound to rules (RoE) and enforced by the staff earning your keep again and we are pretty exited to watch and see who will reign supreme again. Rules

Dates and Times

• Season II is going take place from the 24th of August 2017 until date yet to be announced.
• Matches will be played each weekend starting Wednesday and ending on Sunday evening. We call those "match-days".
• Matches have to be played on Clan War Channel between 06.00pm CET and 11.00pm CET. Matches being played outside that time-range cannot be observed.
• Match observing will take place randomly by various staff members within said time-range.
• A certain staff member can be called to observe a match in particular by forum PN on request if needed.
• Please check the "Season Match Schedule Thread" for more information regarding your opponents and your matches. (once it's up)

BASICS

• Play fair, have fun, and keep it clean
• Flaming, taunting, swearing can lead to disqualification at the discretion of the staff as always
• Breaking one the of the rules can lead to disqualification for the whole clan from the whole Season 
• A clan disqualification will result in additional punishment and no Season rewards will be awarded

Season Specific Rules (please read those carefully) (RoE)

• This is Season II and all rules apply to this Season II only
• Participation is only allowed with a suitable clan. Like Season I, Season II is all about clan wars and will take part on Clan Channel only
• Season II Premiere League will be played 4 vs 4 (Multi-join or somehow entering a match with more than 4 players can lead to disqualification at the discretion of the staff)
• Every match will be played in Demolition Mode (check out the Game Mode section and/or the Season Match Schedule Thread for more information)
• Each Match Up will be played as Bo1 (Best of One)
• Every Clan will be able to choose from the Pool of Maps provided below during their home run. For more information, check out the Map pool section.
• Each Clan will be on a "Home" (Blue Side) Trip and on a "Away" (Yellow Side) Trip
• Every Matches' Score-Screen has to be "screen-printed by screenshot and uploaded to the "Match Result Thread" in order to be viable and added to the sheet
• All your match results will be counted up on the day after the conclusion of a match-day, usually on Monday or Tuesday. The Season table will get updated as well.

 

- Items that are not allowed during Season II:

 

    - No SG

    - No Grenade Launcher

    - No Grenades

    - No Tanker Suits (up to 90% Defense, includes the head, leg and chest Item for male and up to 90% Stam, includes the head, leg and chest Item for female)

    - No Assault Item (since this is no longer a shop item)

    - No elemental bullets like fire or electric (since this is no longer a shop item)

 

• Not showing up: If you do not play your match during your match-day, both clans of that match will receive zero points for that match-day
   
• Clan starting sides (Home or Away) will be decided by the match-day schedule
   
• If you detect that someone breaks the rules, please report them after the match has been concluded, with proofs of course
   
• Substitution during a match is allowed for Season II 

• Each Player is only allowed to participate with a single Account. "Twinks" (secondary Accounts) are not allowed.
   
• Breaking the Twink rule will result in disqualification and ban from Season II for said player at first. If that doesn't help and rules is getting violated a second time, the whole clan will be disqualified from Season II and thus will not be able to receive any rewards at all

Map Pool Section

• All Demolition Maps are playable this Season and the home time can choose on which map they want to play

 

So what does that mean and how does it work ?

 

Like Season I, every single clan is going to play against each other twice ! This time though, the home clan, shown on the left on the match-day sheet will be able to choose their favorite Demo-Map before the start of the match. As mentioned fear not, a few weeks later you have to face said clan again and this time around it's your time to pick your favorite Demo-Map. We call this home-advantage and it should spice up the competition pretty nicely since every clan will be able to take advantage of their favorite Demolition Map during Season II.

In addition: Each Season participant will also receive the second two parts of a special Season Suit Item (duration: 30days)

 

 

 

 

This Items can only be acquired by participating during a Season. The whole Suite will be rewarded as follows:

 

• Season I: Special Humanoid (Male or Female) Head Slot Item + Special Belt Item (Male or Female) concluded

• Season II: Special Humanoid (Male or Female) Chest Slot Item + Special Backpack Item (Male or Female)

• Season III: Special Humanoid (Male or Female) Leg Slot Item + Special Leg Pouch Item (Male or Female) 

 

The Special Humanoid Parts more males are coming with a Defensive Bonus

The Special Humanoid Parts more females are coming with a Stamina Bonus

 

(to apply for this item reward, a Clan member has to play at least 5 games during a match-day in Season II, counted and proved by the screenshot at the end of each match-day)

not to mention, if some clans give up in the middle of the competition, who plays them gets points but others get no points, this is just senseless

and they should reconsider to allow a player to play in at least 2 different clans, or play in any clan with 1 account only throughout the Season, because if a clan becomes inactive and can't play the Season, a player shouldn't be faulted for this

Dear Soldiers,

 

please check out the following changes documented here in this thread for Season II.

 

As you can see in the score-sheet, clan Nutrition and clan ooFBIoo have not answered match requests. Actually I am very sad to see this unfolding again even right after the start of Season II.

 

To not turn Season II into something that was already unpleasant in Season I - frankly spoken the "8:0 *****" kind of "free victories" for every team - which I don't want to have to do again, I am keeping track of those 8:0s and I have already implemented back the Penalty System. I really had hoped to not have to do this, but recent events with Nutrition and ooFBIoo sadly pushed me towards that. Sadly, you never know something like that beforehand, but I am trying to avoid the happenings of Season I for the good of all.

 

So what does this mean?

 

This means that the following clans received 3 points and 8:0 scores for free which will be removed if clan Nutrition and clan ooFBIoo are going to keep NOT answering the upcoming match-calls from their opposing clans:

- EliteStormTroOper

- xSons0fAnarchyx

- ChaosBrother

 

 

Please take note that from now on, unanswered match-calls will result in a penalty shown as a "x" on the score-sheet. Three "x" will result in a disqualification from Season II and gathered match-participation for the Season II participation rewards will be deleted upon disqualification.

 

If both clans will behave the way they did during Match-Day I, a max total of 12 Points and 24 score points will be removed from opposing clans that had to play against either of those two clans. Sounds a bit difficult, but you will see in time what I am talking about. Nothing is gained and nothing is lost. I have the full Season II Match Schedule and simply delete the matches involving those two clans for the rest of the season from the schedule. This is also the reason why I have not yet unfolded the whole schedule to the participating clans. This way, I can prevent the "free win disaster" from happening again.

I didn't answer there because we were discussing this internally and haven't come to a conclusion, yet. The issue then is the same issues now. This change is a big change and I had to add this "rule" way back before the registration phase. I can of course still add it, but it could cause an uproar. It is something I will add for Season III 100% for sure if requested and needed.

 

But I am in a debate for Season II at the moment. What do you think ?

As you can add penalties i think you can add a simple rule. That wont change much since only 2 or 3 well known players will be asked to make video. Btw nice to hear this will be a rule in season III.

Sadly as Staff member, things aren't all that easy. Almost the same as with the police - we are bound to obsolete things like evidence and proofs. Proof, that in the worst of cases is court-proof. If we have that, we actually do ban players lifetime, you know. Like we did in the past and are still doing.

In the past, staff were online in game , we called them and they came to check players.

sadly it has come to my attention during today's "Four Different Win Conditions" - Event that Clan ooFBIoo's intention has never been the real participation for Season II. Instead it's been their intention to submit participation and grab 5000 Mcash as a last place for free while also mocking the Staff for the cash. While this isn't possible at all by the regulation/design of the Season II rules anyway - I am still very, very sad to see so much unsportsmanlike behavior and deception/fraud as a clan with no respect for tournaments.

 

I hereby disqualify clan ooFBIoo from Season II.

 

As mentioned in the rules of Season II, a disqualification can result in additional punishment. Due to the lack of sportsmanship and even more due to the intension of deception/fraud/ against the common rule of reciprocal fairness, a clan punishment will be added as well.

 

Clan ooFBIoo has been banned from possible participation of Season II, the upcoming Midsummer Cup Event 2017 and the upcoming Halloween Cup 2017 !

 

Following players are affected and will not be allowed to submit participation even if they switch/change clan memberships:

 

 

Note: Please note, that all points and match-related data has been deleted from the score sheet and the sheet has been put to the state as if clan ooFBIoo has never submitted participation. Same will happen for the other two remaining foul eggs, clan Nutrition and clan BorderLineVIP once the time comes.
