I also have to admit that many players became strange by time. Specially these listed People of Budda here are really hacking and nobody is going to ban them. Even hackers participate in Season and i get told that there is not enough evidence just by 1 scene. Thats sad
In the view of a Observer it´s almost impossible to see if someone is aimbotting or damagehacking, as players we can feel that immeditaly. There should be some changes otherwise these kind of people will even be rewarded for their unfair gamestyle.

Main problem is - you can't ban someone by feeling. If I would ban by feeling I would ban you all, lol.
Sometimes when I play and I get killed, in 5 out of 10 times I am getting killed behind a wall. I always have the feeling I am in the Movie "Wanted" being hunted by bullets around corners instead of playing Operation7.
In other cases, I get killed by secondary Weapons from miles away with a single bullet by headshot.
You have to collect evidence and you have to make a ban waterproof. If you can't do that, that player's account will get unbanned at some point even if it was set to lifetime.
It's way more difficult than it seems. Unless of course - you want back that FIAA time - which you can have of course. Instead of collecting evidence and arguing and presenting proofs, we can do it STIRB and Waveceptor-Style. I was behind a wall and got killed by player x - happy lifetime ban ! !
In a matter of weeks I have half of the community banned in no time, easy tickets for me. In FIAA times, they don't even had to argue if a ban was correct or not. Staff Authority, end of the line !
This ban behavior and of course more - let to the downfall of the game if you remember that. It was a kind of anarchy. Only the Staff will survive. And the rest of you was ban-fodder. We worked so hard to get those times behind us and we managed to establish a human-way-of-behaving where bans are added by evidence and proof instead of pure will and "feeling".
We know that this system has its issues as well and sometimes someone who looks very ban-worthy doesn't get banned immediately. We know that and we are sorry for that. But this way is way better than the old FIAA times. Or is Wavecepter and STIRB ban rules what you want to see again ?
