Dear Soldiers,

It is our privilege to finally announce major changes around the current status of OP7.EU.

We have received much valuable feedback from our community these past few months,

hence we decided to take appropriate action in order to change the European Version of OP7!

1. Prices

First and foremost, Netgame has decided to level prices.

We have come to this conclusion by analyzing the European server's unique pricing policy and found that this is one of the main causes which ultimately led to the loss of many of loyal

soldiers in our community, a situation which was neither beneficial for the users nor for us as for the Staff.

We as Staff pride ourselves into believing that taking this step is the first of many steps into the right direction. And it will only be the first of many upcoming new changes in the game, an action which should have been taken into consideration a long time ago. Therefore, all premium items price on the European server will be adjusted based on feedback of OP7 communities.

Even greater and better, "Price Adjustments have already been set and implemented with the MA on the 25th of January.

2. Mute System implementation!

We understand the clear concern about verbal abuse. So we are preparing a new mute system which should have been implemented to the game long time ago. Soldiers will be able to mute abusing players in order to avoid any potential further verbal abusing taken from the abuser.

Thank you for all of your feedback and we know that there's still a lot of work to do. We are very excited to start developing upon OP7's major problems and finally fix them one by one.

The "Mute-feature" is under developing stages and will be implemented as soon as possible.

3. Development of insult report

On our daily ticket resolving basis, most frequent issues are insult reports. However, due to poor evidence information bases, there were always risk of resolving and ultimately investigating the insult report ticket. It sometimes took a lot of time which kept us from spending our time into more needed matters.

In order to increase our accuracy of investigation method, a new system will be applied to OP7 soon. When a user takes a screenshot, there will be new GRP file created.

When new system is implemented, soldiers can send their report tickets attaching said GRP file as well as the screenshot.

This file will contain ALL the logs and timelines so that we can investigate all the communication logs between reporter and abuser.

This will increase our work efficiency as well as avoiding inaccurate investigation. This new system is also under developing stages.

4. Warning to Hackers - Make Community Clean!

AGAIN, through recent events on usage of hacking tools or bug abusing players, we AGAIN declare the official warning statement "Iron Fist rules against hackers".

Netgame has decided to enhance the "User Agreement " and "Rules of Conduct" for the better of OP7 community.

Much appreciation and respect to players who kindly report to us players who used hacks and/or are using hacks during game play. This information helps us dealing with foul individuals who ruining the OP7 community and OP7 game play in general.

With the assistance of great soldiers, we will be a step closer to make OP7 game play clean again. We sincerely ask to continue to co-operate with us upon cleaning the hackers in-game. Please do not hesitate to send us tickets regarding this issue. With the appropriate investigation and with the accurate evidence, we will make sure to make OP7 great again!

Many of the Hackers are being investigated on and even more banned for life. We have changed our agenda to "Make game fair and clean".

There will be no exception against players who use hacks or abuses bugs. Please be reminded that if you use any hacking tools, you will get banned sooner or later and will not get un-banned again in any circumstances.

The account holders are responsible for all of their actions on their accounts. Netgame issues suspension and closure to protect our OP7 individuals and our service in accordance.

We are very excited to develop many more features for our beloved OP7 communities. We will continue to listen every player’s valuable feedback and take appropriate action swiftly!

Best Regards

-Weapon prices might have dropped too much. If you're making them this ez to access consider expanding to 5 P. Weapon slots.
-No gold knives for sale?
-Clothing a bit too expensive?
-Ammo's / Injects and other items have fair prices now, more ppl buying will make the game more competitive

[-(FR)-LION-(FR)-]

true, protein shake is very expensive now they change to 1500 3 days to 3700, more than x2, weapon master is expensive too

ah and about the knives : they simply removed the "melee mode" since now we have to pay for it, i don't think players who like to play melee will buy knives..

they also change the price of the temporary slot, 90 mcash to 300 mcash it's a problem because the temporary slot is also used to "extend" our inventory which is most of the time full to 100%

 weapon master is expensive too

that's how it should be... It didnt make any sense weapon master costing less than a marksman/veteran/quick draw.

By the way i'm still able to extend knives with gold

If you have no knifes it's not possible to extend with gold

It would be nice to post a list of the changed prizes. There are players who don´t install OP7 just to see the new prizes, and people like me that currently don´t have a chance to check it out.

and you forgot the worst, the protein ...

Our Protein, who arts in OP7,

hallowed by thy name,

thy experience come,

thy next level will be done,

on earth as it is in-game.

Give us this day our daily "xp",

and forgives us our dire needs,

as we forgive the company

who charges our Mcash.

And lead us not into temptation

to purchase, but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the eternal power,

the eternal "xp"-gain and glory

for ever and ever. Amen.

Best Regards
