Greetings Soldiers,

to kindly reduce a lot of "why is my forum account banned" tickets, I have added this posting to the GM Diary. Once a user gets a suspension/ban on this forum

he/she can see it here, within this posting. The system will create an automatic a posting, that looks like that:

Name: testaccountx123
Reason: Spamming
Punishment:

  • Content moderated for 24 hours
  • Ability to create content removed for 24 hours.
  • Suspended for 24 hours

The poster name is equal to the name of the Staff member who set the post.

In addition to this, the user profile has been upgraded to to show a suspended/banned user and also his her profile visitors how long this user is suspended/banned.
In case you got banned, you can open your profile and you will see a red box that shows the details, also your profile visitors will see this.

Please note: This is not a support and/or discussion posting, this posting is simply to publish recent suspension/banned users. The staff is advised to delete any
non fitting postings from here. In case you got suspended/banned and you do not agree with this decision if you have questions to your suspension/ban, please
use the ticket system.

[Update 06.11.2013]

As i got asked about a specific ban reason, that might have not only confused the questioner but some others too. The reason to explain is:

->>> Reason: Lifetime banned game account

If you see this reason by yourself or another one, that simply means that this user or you (in case) just received a lifetime ban in the game itself. If a game account

gets a lifetime ban, then automatically not only the game policy is cancelled/revoked (permission to play) also the forum policy is cancelled/revoked. As ever, please
note that this is not the posting to discuss about this stuff and players who run into this issue, can open a support ticket under http://support.operation7.eu
