[INFO] Latino Account transfer

Greetings Soldiers,

to your information, we tried to move accounts from lationo version to our version in the recent time. Due to the fact that the operators of the Latino version do not provide us the needed data for an automatic transfer to our database, we have to change the process to a "one by one case". Also we found out that, some of the already requested accounts are registered on the Latino version with wrong country, like Brasil Ecuador Mexico etc. Due this fact, the operators of the Latino version does not really believe that those accounts are made by EU citizens, even if the account are registered with European mail hoster related emails. We are very sorry that this operation takes so long and end up that complicated, but we are still in good mood and hope that we can solve this transfer issue in timely manner for all who want to move their accounts.

As said above, we have to change the process of transfer to a "one by one case", that means in fact we have to move every account one by one from Latino version to us. You will need to send in a mail, to a mail address given at the end of this posting, with all the requested data that are shown below. Once you have send this Email, we will request the needed data for the transfer at the operators from the Latino version. Due to the fact that we have to this case by case, plus the normal run time, reactions time by them and the time we need to get this data into our database, you can imagine that this will not be a short term process. We will concentrate on implementing your account data during the weekly maintenance's that means your data made it to us before maintenance (depends on when they send your data to us!) you will be able to play after the maintenance with your imported account (if you send your email also in time!).

Important note: Please be aware of the fact, that neither you are we have the rights on the data stored at the Latino version, therefor we can and will not guarantee that your account will be transferred The decision to hand over the requested account data belongs to the operators of the Latino version. The fact that some of you given false country data in their registration will not make this an easy task, that means if you have example Brasil as country, there is change that they will keep your account there and not hand over the data we request! We do not have any influence on this, even if they offered a limited cooperation! Please keep this in mind, when you request your account transfer. Thank you.

And now, here comes step by step what you need to do now, if you want your account being transferred to us:

1. Prepare an Email with the following data:
- Your Latino ID
- Your Latino Nickname
- Your Latino password
- Your Latino registered Country
- Your Latino registered Email address
- If possible add an IP trace of your connection (you can use services like www.utrace.de, copy the picture you get the mail - it will show your real country/location!)

If you have the same ID/Nick here as you have in Latino:
- Your EU ID
- Your EU Nickname
- Your EU registered EMail address

2. Send this Email to latino@mt-gaming.eu
3. Once you have send you EMail, please have some patience - we will inform you on the progress.
4. Do not send more than one Email, even it it takes a bit longer!

Please note: Accounts with similar ID/Nicknames will be renamed by us with a [LT] in front. Once you can access these accounts, you are allowed to request for these accounts
a permanent Nickchanger. To do so, you need to wait until your account is transferred and fully working, once this is done you can send a support ticket with your request of
getting a Nickchanger. Requests for not transferred accounts or for accounts in transit will be denied. Your account must be here and playable!

If you have any questions, regarding the transfer process, please feel free to ask here. Before you post a question, please make sure you carefully read this posting, to prevent
questions that are are answered in here.

Take care to test your account when it's green colored, also create your account (not just login and logout) - if you have any questions or problems, send please another mail (including your data)
or open a ticket on support page ( category - Latino Account Transfer )

Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the complications in this task.
